Hey... Speaking of TIME magazine, does anybody out there remember Skip Simpson's occasional "Soused Chef" posts?
They first appeared on his now-deleted Skip's Stuff blog, and when he "killed" that blog, he and I transferred those posts to our Simpson/Lynch Studios blog!
