Okay, I'll Admit It...

To those of you fellow babies who saw the "cutesie-wootsie wittle fluffy-wuffy kitty-cat" -- *gag* -- and wondered if you'd stumbled onto someone else's blog... I merely wanted a visual "hook" for today's post, kinda. That's all! I'm not going all "goo-goo" on you! Read on, please, and it'll make sense in short order.

I know, I know... Most of my entries here lately have been inconsequential "fluff" pieces. But I've been busy with a number of different distractions, and inordinately tired... not to mention, I haven't been in the best of moods, or health. But you'd have no real way of knowing that, since I rarely use this blog to tell you anything really personal about myself...

Or hadn't you noticed? Heh.

Anyway, what would you prefer I post? Fluff pieces, or yet another place-filling "mushroom" post while I sort out my personal crap?

Just askin'.

Thanks for your time.

  3. Well...I have taken quite a shine to this personality who refers to himself as the silverfox...so I'm on board for whatever you feel like posting...most of all, I hope all is well, and am happy with your pic today...even dark souls like myself can appreciate a pretty kitty :) Meow!(Also...very sympathetic shoulders if you need them)

Post what you like, as I'll still make the trek and see what there is to see, whether a fluffy cat or an old bat..lol

  6. Yeah, I mean, for all I know you look like Leslie Nielsen or Cary Grant or a fox? Personally, I'll take Cary Grant.

  9. Even with four kittens romping around my yard, I'm not tired of looking at them!. This one's pretty cute! Have to agree with Pat though, that Orson should be jealous! And Cake has a good idea, let Orson post again!

  10. Holy crap...

Uhhh, folks, I swear that today's post was meant as a sort of apology for what I've seen as 75% lackluster posts lately more than anything, and not what Pat suggested -- jokingly, I hope -- was an attempt to get people to "suck up."

Having said that, I wonder how this comments section turned into an uncharacteristic -- for me & my blog, not for any of you -- group hug?

Makes me kinda glad for any and all of the good things I've said about all of you over the years. But don't get spoiled, y'all. That's as sappy as I'm liable to get.

And to Pat, Cake, and Betsy: Maybe I will let Orson write the next one!

  11. Well, now that you've gotten your group hug and you know we love you, we're expecting something great. No pressure, Orson, really! lol...
