When I saw the above photo of an Egyptian statue, and read the article accompanying it, I decided to share it with my readers and make some appropriate wisecrack. However, after trying to come up with something moderately clever along the lines of "King (Tut) of Pop?" or the like... as Jon Stewart would say, "I got nothin'."
Besides, the statue pictured here is that of an Egyptian woman. No real surprise there, I suppose...
Thanks for your time.
I think it looks more like Janet, anyway.
ReplyDeleteYup, I saw this and thought the likeness was amazing. He must have taken a picture of this statue in to show his plastic surgeon.
ReplyDeleteDidn't he always want to look like Diana Ross? And this does favour Janet more, methinks...
ReplyDeletelol..willow. what a striking resemblence...
ReplyDeleteI went and read the article - that's kinda creepy that people actually make a pilgrimage to see it.
ReplyDeleteNo, it's more than kinda creepy.
Does it moonwalk across the floor after the lights go out, ya think?
ReplyDeleteAnd speaking of creepy, Memphis TN will have to put up with the onslaught of other pilgrims this weekend - Sunday is the anniversary of Elvis's death, and you know all the nutcases are headed for Graceland!
Wow..the resemblance is uncanny! They say every body has a twin!
ReplyDeleteThis looks more like Michael than Michael. Spot on.
ReplyDeleteHi! SilverFox,
ReplyDeleteAll I can say is how eerie and very...strange.
Thanks, for sharing!
DeeDee ;-D
Maybe this statue was actually Michael Jackson in an earlier life, you know a little Shirley McLaine thing going on.
ReplyDeleteNice discovery!lol.Yes there is a likeness in it for sure.
ReplyDeleteRoy killed me with his last sentence!LOL!:)
Weirdly accurate... used as a model do you think?
ReplyDeleteList 50 bands you've seen in concert
ReplyDeleteOh, no! They found me! (And I have a pretty good idea who "they" are, too!)
